On the afternoon of April 21, 2017, Zhu Shijia, director of the Institute, hosted the special conference on intellectual property rights and arranged for the examination of patent agents in 2017. All the patent agents and examination personnel attended the meeting.
Director Zhu Shijia pointed out that intellectual property business, including legal services and non legal services, has formed an important part of my strategic development. It is hoped that all lawyers in the field of intellectual property business will spend more time and energy on the examination of patent agents while completing their work. Especially in practical examinations, we should strengthen our practice and think more about it. Director Zhu Shijia had a detailed understanding of the current work of each solicitor and put forward specific requirements one by one. During the meeting, Zhu Yajuan and Wang Yang, two counsel lawyers, respectively introduced their own examination experience and experience, which benefited the participants.
In this year, I will have more than ten lawyers with the background of science and engineering to take part in the patent agent examination in 2017. The specialty also involves many fields, such as chemistry, medicine, machinery, electronics, communication and so on. Lawyers in the examination indicated that they would arrange work reasonably, reduce unnecessary entertainment, and spare time and energy to prepare for the examination. I believe that an examination will greatly expand my intellectual property rights reserve.
