Seminar on "legal risks and prevention" in loan and guarantee business

At half past two p.m. on December 5, 2017, I organized a seminar on the practice of solicitors for all practicing lawyers and intern lawyers. The seminar was held in the conference room of this chamber.
The theme of the seminar is "legal risks and precautions in loan and guarantee business". The topic of this discussion revolves around the loan business and the guarantee business, and Zhang Fang's lawyer has made a profound discussion and exchange with everyone from two aspects of the risk and risk prevention measures. After the meeting, we all benefited a lot and carried out more in-depth exchanges and heated discussions on the theme.
This seminar has achieved good results and has led to the enthusiasm of lawyers to communicate with one another and learn from each other. After the meeting, it was agreed that the form of this seminar helped to promote the common progress and improvement of the lawyers in the field, especially for the newly practising lawyers and intern lawyers as a good learning platform, and could become a normal form in the future.
