   At 3 p.m. on July 12, 2013, Chen Jun, a lawyer of our institute, was invited to participate in the demonstration meeting of a two patent infringement case of the Hefei intellectual property enforcement detachment.
The content of this demonstration involves a patent for invention and a utility model patent.  The focus of the dispute in the former case is how to compare the characteristics of the patent technology and the sharing of the burden of proof between the parties; the focus of the post case dispute is whether the existing evidence materials can constitute the existing technical defense.
With regard to the focus of the above dispute. Chen Jun's lawyer, in combination with the law of civil procedure and patent law, has issued a professional opinion on how to allocate the burden of proof in the patent infringement dispute, how to compare the technical features and the conditions for the establishment of the existing technical defense.
