   A few days ago, the retrial of the construction contract dispute between the applicant Anhui Qixia Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the respondent Anhui Luban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., and the third party Li Xinhua, and Sun Jizhong, led by our first-class lawyer Mr. Zhu Shijia and young lawyer from Beijing Dacheng Law Firm, was successfully ended with the Supreme People's Court's revocation of the first and second instance civil judgments.

   The focus and particularity of this case are: 1. the validity of the main contract and the subsidiary contract. Can the contract be re-determined in the retrial procedure if neither party has objected to the validity of the contract, nor the original first and second instance courts have not reviewed its effectiveness? 2.
