Hu Kongsheng, deputy director of the Anhui Provincial Department of Justice, and other leaders came for a special investigation

     On the afternoon of July 18, 2019, Hu Kongsheng, deputy director of the Department of Justice of Anhui Province and secretary of the Party Committee of Anhui Lawyers Association, and Hu Wangde, director of the Law Office of the Anhui Provincial Justice Department, and director researcher Yang Jiwenl et al, made a special trip to the Zhong TIanheng Law Firm for an investigation. Deputy Director Hu Kongsheng along with other visitors visited the office and office facilities of the law firm, held a symposium and made important instructions.

     Deputy Director Hu Kongsheng listened to the report given by Zhu Shijia, the director of Zhong Tianheng law firm, and the report about party building given by party branch secretary Yin Jianning, as well as the speeches of some lawyers of the law firm. First of all, Hu Kongsheng highly praised Zhong Tianheng’s innovation, its expansion and practicing of new business areas. He also expressed strong support for the establishment of the Intellectual Property Dispute Mediation Center of Zhong Tianheng Law Firm and the establishment of the Anhui Province Property Dispute Mediation Organization with the Anhui Provincial Property Management Association, and he hoped that the two institutions will operate as soon as possible.  

     Deputy Director Hu also put forward the following requirements: First, to further improve the political position of lawyers and to earnestly strengthen the party building work of the lawyer team. The lawyers are required to conscientiously study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s recent important speeches and fully understand that the Chinese lawyers essentially serve the people. Considering of political environment, overall situation, unity and social benefits, Chinese lawyers should support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support the socialist system, and support the interests of the people as well. The party organization and party members of law firms should play an exemplary role. The second is to strengthen the internal management of law firms, and guide lawyers to practice and strictly abide by the lawyers practice guidelines and professional ethics; The third is that we must vigorously develop the advantages of Zhong Tianheng’s courage to explore new fields and business, such as taking intellectual property rights and foreign-related business as the main focus, and setting new branches in China's first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and Chongqing, which will make Zhong Tianheng to be the leader in Anhui Province.

     The instructions of the deputy director Hu Kongsheng and the requirements of the leaders of the Lawyers Management Office will deeply inspire and promote Zhong TIanheng to expand its new business areas, adhere to standardized construction, create characteristic branches and institutions, and will also accelerate Zhong Tianheng’s nationalization and internationalization.
